2.Kettle did not function as it should 3.Hairdryer in en suite did not work 4. External light switch nor working properly
5.loose cupboard door 5 Badly stained kitchen sink.
Keywest car parking was less than satisfactory 1. Several spaces difficult to access and exit 2.the actual entry /exit difficult in a larger vehicle 3. Too many instances of customers parking their cars on narrow approach to car park making it difficult for others to pass.
Pool issues -significant number of broken beds sunbathing area. NO ADEQUATE CONTROL OF SUNBED BLOCKING ROUND THE POOL AREAS
Keywest area somewhat spoilt by being used as a walk through access to accommodation in other areas of site.
