Was a lovely place. Very clean. We loved the man in the shop on site, he was very friendly and kind. Always made us smile. I did find that paying for cleaning or doing it yourself did make it alot more stressful. . Also was discounted that bedsheets and towels was an extra cost. There was a safety issue. We had no hot water and called into reception to get someone to fix it, It took 3 or more hours for someone to come out with another phone call made. Someone came to fix the boiler and upon them about to leave our boiler caught fire. Thankfully the boiler man was still in the area and turned the gas on quickly. This was worrying as it could have set on fire when we was asleep in bed.
