we were extremely disapointed when we arrived

Overall we had a good nine days at the campsite. The pool areas is perfect for a family like ours og the location close to Castellane and the Gorges de Verdons is great.
However, we were extremely disapointed when we arrived. We had booket a 80 m2 pitch but had been placed a pitch that was no more than 60 m2 and left very little room for anything else than our tent. The pitch was directly oposite the toilet building wich made it a quite smelly place. We had booked a fridge, but had to contact the reception three times before it was finally delivered. The girls in the reception where polite and professional, but unable the provide us with a pitch of the correct size or reimburse us the cost of the stay so we could leave and find another site.
