While in general the campsite is really nice with a good pool and private lake, oh and the surrounding area is beautiful, we had quite possibly the worst pitch on the whole site.
Our pitch (#14) was positioned right behind the bar/restaurant/nightly entertainment area and on the campsite entry/exit road with constant traffic.
On the plus side, we were close to amenities, but on the downside, the nightly music was so loud and our young kids couldn?t sleep before 11pm some nights due to the noise which lead to cranky days! Also, the kids couldn?t play outside the caravan on the road due to the constant traffic.
If our pitch were elsewhere on the site, I may have been raving about this site, but as it was, the location of our pitch was a real downer for us
