Sixt cutsomer service is a self-focused service
Sixt cutsomer service is a self-focused service not dedicated to customer. Chasing refund due to a Sixt mistake on a car rental for more than 7 months is not what i would call be focused to customer.
It is really a pity that Sixt's service is not at the state of the art of the car rental environment and such behavior would unfortunately lead to recommend against using Sixt for a rental.
