Der Aufenthalt war angenehm, wir wurden freundlich empfangen, der CheckIn war problemlos. Das Mobilheim war leider schon etwas abgewohnt und hatte ein paar Mängel. Das Wohnzimmer roch etwas nach Rauch und der allgemeine Zustand ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Für ein paar Nächte ohne großen Anspruch aber ganz in Ordnung!

Das Sanitär ist in die Jahre gekommen, aber sie waren nicht nur alt, schmutzig, Seidenspender und Toilettenpapier leer! Nach ein paar Tagen war das bessere von zwei Sanitär Häusern leider geschlossen!

Good sanitary complexes but pitches should be improved with a hard surface, pitches at moment become muddy after rain which walks into camper and motor homes get stuck in the mud. Also noise from RER is excessive.

Camping locatie is prima om lekker tot rust te komen op / naast de seine en te combineren met een bezoek aan Parijs. Je moet wel echt de stad in voor de gezelligheid. Het restaurant op de camping is muah, laat staan over de vriendelijkheid van de avondbewakers. Die zijn nog te lui om op te staan van hun stoel om je te helpen.

Auch wenn unsere Erfahrung insgesamt positiv war, begann das Ganze mit einer Fehlleistung der Rezeption, was das Ankommen maximal erschwert hat. Nach Rücksprache am nächsten Tag mit dem Verantwortlichen habe ich eine Beschwerde eingereicht, von der ich bisher bisher immer noch nichts gehört habe. Dies enttäuscht mich sehr. Daher fällt mein Kommentar aktuell negativ aus, weil ein gutes Beschwerdemanagement ist das mindeste, was man von einer großen Kette wie der Ihren erwarten kann

This has not been quite the experience we were expecting from Sandaya. The check in was all good, pitches are of varying sizes and not particularly well segregated in areas from others, with kids playing all over pitches. The toilet/showering facilities vary in cleanliness, some blocks are really very old with leaking showers spraying everywhere making it difficult to keep items dry! I think you should put soft close or pads on doors to stop the constant banging of toilet/shower doors through the night and early mornings. Plus they were very noisy people in a couple of cottages, with kids outside shouting and screaming at each other from 6am, this was reported to the office. The restaurant food was average but ok for what we needed. We didn

Vervolgens toiletgebouw 2 was niet erg schoon en douches zijn niet prettig elke 5 seconden moet je de knop weer in duwen
Daarnaast had ik 2 weken extra WiFi betaald. Slechte WiFi op mijn plek (O8) en een aantal dagen viel het helemaal weg. Ik had compensatie verwacht!!!!!! Zeker omdat wij tijdens de Olympische Spelen veel WiFi nodig hadden

Zeer ongelijke niet vlakke camperplaats

Natuur onvoldoende onderhouden/ gesnoeid

Sanitair blok op dinsdag slechts 1x onderhouden en daardoor smerig en geen wc papier

Zeer duur en gebruik makend van de onbestaande alternatieven om extra kosten aan te rekenen

Alle info moest op voorhand doorgegeven zijn, maar bij check in bleken de nummerplaten toch niet genoteerd
