1. while the site can not be responsible for the recent poor weather, the drainage on pitches needs attention - it was very muddy
2. the snack bar stops serving lunch at 1.00 (what I would consider to be lunch time)
3. the spa ask to be contacted by WhatsApp message, I did and received no reply
4. the water supply was turned off without warning one morning
5. we booke a premium pitch with our own showerroom. the shower was good and hot (when the water was turned on) but flooded the floor of the room which smelt v damp and musty (probably because the repeated flood seaped into the floor.
the bar, reception and shop staff could not have been more helpful
overall, I think 6-7/10 is aproipriate
