CONS. THE CAMPSITE PLAN NEEDS UPDATING. The receptionist circled 605 on the plan, which she said had its own parking space. When we got there, the lodge shown as 605 on the plan was actually 604.
CLEANLINESS OF THE LODGE. Overall good. There were a couple of oversights??.a dirty ashtray at the back of the top shelf of the kitchen cupboard without a door and a pair of socks left on the top shelf in the master bedroom.
THE ADULT POOL. Although the notice said the pool and pool area must be vacated by 6.50, everyone was ushered out sometimes as early as 6.30, and always before 6.50.
PROS. The welcoming email contacts before arrival.
The friendliness and helpfulness of all staff.
The overall ambience of the site.
