Good location , few issues with the campsite

Nice location. However some negative feedback.
Washing machines were not working. Be careful with the photos on the website that could be misleading , the swimming pool is part of the spa which has payable access. Accommodation was not ready at 4pm and they could not give us a time on when it would be ready. They gave us a drink voucher while we were waiting but we could not even purchase a bottle of water with it!
