Great Campsite Disappointing Customer Service Experience

We had a wonderful family holiday at Sandaya Les Vagues. The campsite, our accommodation, and the majority of the staff were excellent. However, this positive experience was significantly undermined by a complete failure in customer service. My sister was booked into a nearby Sandaya site as ours was full. When a cabin opened up upon our arrival, we asked to move her booking so our family could be together, offering to pay any associated costs. What followed was a frustrating runaround. Reception told us they couldn't help and to call the central customer service team. The central team insisted we send an email, promising it would be treated with 'priority.' We waited five days with no response. Finally, the day before we left, we received an email telling us to go back to where we started and speak with reception. This circular process showed a complete lack of ownership from both teams. A simple request that could have been easily resolved on day one was ignored for our entire holiday, which was thoroughly disappointing.
