Sanitary facilities were poor. No hot water to wash up or shower with at any time in the new or old toilet blocks. Many taps or toilets broken or not in use.

Entertainment lacking compared to 4 years ago when visited. More emphasis on additional paid for activities now but they were booked up on arrival for 1 week stay. They did put on extra wake boarding time slots for us when asked, but cut short one 20mins session short by 10 mins to get to a kids club because staff were busy.

Bar service poor: took 1h 15mins to get served by which time the only show was over.

Leaving out broken baba papa - candy floss machine, with knowledge it will
Not be fixed this season was unnecessary.

Shame the beach side toilets and crepe making house is not open now

Restaurant very nice but aware with no booking facilities some were turned away

Overall such a great site that is in need of many sanitary facilities fixing and more staff for the bar / entertainment activities
