We booked and paid for a pitch with electric, but the hook-up point was so far away that our cable couldn?t reach. The receptionist was unhelpful, telling us to ?find a shop? for an extension and refusing to move us to one of the many empty pitches nearby.
This was especially stressful as we were travelling with two children, including a baby, and electricity was essential for us. Very disappointing service for something we paid extra for.
