We had pitch 17, which is a 4 star pitch. We have a caravan, and it was extremely hard to get caravan in and out. People came to watch us to see how we actually got out. The problem, is there is a hairpin hill just beside it, and there is very little room for manoeuvre.
Also the pitch itself was so unlevel. We have never had to raise the caravan so far to get it level.
I thought the facilities and the staff were very friendly. Our issue was really with the pitch. It caused us at least 2 hours extra set p when we got there, and then a lot of worry on how we would actually get out when we were leaving.
