Maguide was lovely - however there needs to be significant investment in facilities and staffing. Staff training is an issue and is one area I addressed with the team during my stay. I was unhappy during my stay and felt the team onsite didn?t actually listen and rather played lip service to it. Accommodation didn?t have a full list of inventory - also missing a fire alarm! And needed to be cleaned further as there was hair and debris still present. Pool facility was great - as too was the sun terrace and pétanque area. However the football area was very small and closed at 9pm which is rather early compared to other sites. Investment needed here to increase the number of things for the kids to do. For a 13yr old - it was limiting.
