really poor customer service

I bought a piece of jewelry from them through the website. They are spotty in answering emails, then started adding surcharges to the price already listed and paid on the website. The item is in good condition, however. It just ended up being more expensive than advertised on the website.

A scam! don't use these guys

I bought a piece of jewelry from them. They never answer my emails, then started adding surcharges to the price already listed and paid on the website. I am actually refusing the order and my credit card will cancel the order with them. Do not use this company!

J'ai craqué pour un superbe sac à main , je me suis fiée à l'avis de l'expert et le sac était exactement comme décrit par ce dernier .Je trouve son avis super important quand on commande sur le site en ligne ; de plus j'ai reçu mon sac dans les 48h comme annoncé !! Des que j'aurai un autre plaisir à me faire c'est en 1er sur collector square que je m’orienterai je recommande vivement ce site pour le sérieux de l'équipe .
