Satisfait du camping, de la piscine, du club ado. Les animations du soir sont moyennes et le lodge safari manque d'intimité en l'absence de cloison de la chambre parentale. Le personnel est accueillant, le mercat pratique et la navette tres appréciable

Camping agréable, toujours impeccable et très sécurisé ! Le personnel est toujours souriant et a fait le max pour que les échanges se passent au mieux (nous sommes français), un petit bémol sur la piscine et l espace animation en soirée qui sont trop juste au vue du nombre de campeur ! On a vue la différence sur la 2eme semaine ou le camping était a peu près pleins.
Nous venons dans ce camping depuis environ 15 ans, les espaces verts et entretiens sont toujours irréprochables, mais on sent une baisse qualitative des équipements : l’espace Spa ne fonctionne qu’à moitié, les chaises et canapés en bois de la superbe terrasse du bowling ont été remplacé par des tables et chaises inconfortables, plus propices à des regroupements de jeunes laissant des déchets infâmes en soirée. Le mini golf était gratuit, aujourd’hui il est payant et mal entretenu. Nous adorons Cypsela, nous sommes fidèles et nous reviendrons mais sommes assez déçus que ce camping exceptionnel baisse en qualité et en entretien des équipements.
Séjour globalement agréable. Manque de clarté concernant la pension complète. 21 repas réglés, 20 réellement pris nous n?avons pas pu prendre le repas du midi le jour de notre départ. On aurait apprécié d?être accompagné à notre bungalow le jour de notre arrivée. Un 10/10 pour l?ensemble de l?équipe de la restauration. Le wifi ne fonctionnait pas dans notre bungalow, uniquement au restaurant
The site has got old and tried with many facilities either broke, old and/or not maintained. The gym is an embarrassment with 1970s equipment. It has no air conditioning, opens to late, what little equipment they have is very old and not working, children running in and out with no supervision, smelly and overall pathetic. The sports area towards the back of the site is now just waste ground that has been ignored, the pitch area use to be looked after and now its unmanned with no activities for the older children to partake in.. what happened the football/basketball games for the older kids? putting another padal court in is no brainer. There is no night-time disco/music for the 16+ age groups, who wonder the site like lost sheep. Shower Blocks are very old and tired, needing cleaned more regular, showering facilities are off a very poor standard which makes showering a sad experience, get new showers in. The snack bar is and always has been poor on every level.. food shit.. service shit..the new idea of having to sit in one area to get food is just weird. Sandayas big achievement seems to letting dogs on site which is another crazy idea. Sandaya have made this site very overpriced for a decaying infrastructure. The bar area and its new staff are the only thing worth being positive on, could say it was an improvement, will apart for the broken air hockey table (there is only one). This was once a 5* site now its a 3* at best. we have been holidaying 15 years on this site, it needs serious redirection from the owners.
Aangename camping; Vooral de "supermarkt" op de camping en "warme bakker" is een grote meerwaarde! Je hoeft niet "vroeg" op te staan om lekker vers brood te hebben, ook na een daguitstap kan je nog steeds "vers" brood kopen.
Both times I?ve stayed at a Sandaya campsite we?ve come home with nits in our hair. The only times in our lives to get them. I don?t understand why we are not given clean linen for our pillows
Nous avons séjourné 15 jours en famille. mobilhome neuf .climatisation indispensable.
Les sanitaires Collectif sont propres.
C est un très grand camping beaucoup de vacanciers. ou le personnel ne parle quasiment pas français . C est dommage.
La piscine est très bien surveillée. Les maîtres nageurs sont assez stricte on entend beaucoup leur sifflet.
Le snack est correct il y a même un click and collect. Dommage de ne pas avoir accès a toute la carte en click and collect.
Camping sympa et propre dans l ensemble .
