Me supo mal que la niña no pudiera disfrutar de los toboganes, entiendo las medidas de seguridad y que no pueda montar sola por unos centímetros, pero quizás si con la compañía de un adulto.
La parcela asignada era demasiado pequeña e inaccesible para nuestra caravana, por suerte el acomodador nos pudo asignar otra, pero no se si hubiera sido posible en temporada alta.
Por lo demás, destacó la limpieza de los sanitarios en todo momento.
La animación más floja que otros años que involucraban más a los clientes.
Repetiremos seguro. Por el precio, la calidad y que es familiar y no está aglomerado de gente.

I booked to go here with my partner and our two sons for a week in June. Sadly my partner lost his passport just before we were due to fly, so I made the decision to go alone with our sons. When I got to Cypsela, I was greeted at reception and informed my caravan was one of the furthest away. I felt quite overwhelmed at this point, and was evidently emotional. The staff were so nice to me and assured me if they could move me they would, but the site was so busy that it wasn?t possible.
Nina in reception said that she would get some of the staff to take my luggage, and me and my children, to the caravan on the golf buggy, which was massively appreciated. She also asked me if I wanted a hug (at which point I definitely needed one!) and told me if I needed anything just to let her know.
I spent a week at Cypsela with my 2 boys on my own, but I didn?t feel alone, because i really did feel like like Nina, Francesc, and other staff there were really looking out for us. Francesc would always check in on us when he saw us, and everyone was so so friendly. When we were leaving Nina and Francesc made sure someone came to help with our luggage again which was massively appreciated.
All the staff at Cypsela were absolutely amazing and kind. Jess in the takeaway was so friendly, and the guys at the bar were so so kind too. The staff in the bowling alley were also lovely to us. And Nina and Francesc in particular went above and beyond, and I don?t think I?d have enjoyed my holiday the way I did if they weren?t as kind as they were. They are such a credit to Cypsela. Nina even got my little boys some colours and gifts to keep them busy so I could try and have some restful moments.
It really is a great site with so much to do, which was perfect when you?re on holiday alone with two kids. And the staff just make it that much better.
I will be back here with all my family!! Thanks again to everyone.
Très bon séjour. Personnel sympathique et professionnel.. sanitaires très propres. Navette pour la plage gratuite. Supérette très bien achalandée. A faire.
La experiencia global es excelente. Ya hemos ido al camping en 4 ocasiones y estoy seguro que repetiremos.
El unico pero y creo que es mejorable son los utensilios de cocina. Al menos en el alojamiento donde estuvimos estaba todo oxidado. Cubiertos, ollas y sartenes. En mi opinion habria que cambiarlo mas a menudo. Por lo demas perfecto.
Atención muy amable tanto en recepción, como los chicos que nos ayudaron a encontrar la parcela, y por las características del camping nos facilitaron una parcela de mejores características.
También la atención en las piscinas como en el restaurante fue muy correcta, amables, y atendiendo a nuestras solicitudes.
Estuvimos muy bien, creo que los baños estan un poco mal diseñados, ya que no son practicos, los sanitarios quedan muy lejos de la puerta y falta repisa donde los aseos.
La piscina se queda pequeña para la cantidad de huéspedes.
Un 10 para el bar, hacen una tisana espectacular.
Tuvimos una estancia super tranquila para ser St Juan.
La parcela, teníamos un escalón muy alto y nos costo subira caravana. A parte de tener un arbol justo en medio y un extintor al lado que este conjunto hizo que fuera mas difícil, entrar.
Camping propre personnel poli serviable et a l'écoute fais effort de parler francais et anglais pour ceux qui savent bungalow lit confortable wifi fonctionne bien Prix pas cher pour diner dejeuner et faire ces courses si l'on souhaite faire la cuisine on a pas fais espace bien etre par manque de temps.Voisins de bungalow agreable discret.Tobbogan, bowling au top personnel adorable monsieur au bonwling tres gentil. Activite a faire visite culture riz en train ville et usine riz qui a une guide francophone au top achat riz liqueur biere confiture a l'usine degustation au top. Plage d'aro et pals pas loin restaurant bon. Rotisserie pas loin du camping une merveille a reserver longtemps en avant poulet fermier et frite maison delicieux.Le car tour a barcelone a faire et le nautilus visite ile mendes bien .ville estartit belle achat souvenir et vêtements pas cher. Fete st Jean plage a eviter si petit enfant feu artifice et petard non encadré ou etre eloigner la plage pour l'apprécier.camping buen situé calme propre et tout est fais pour ce sentir bien.
9/10 camping propre jolie personnels poli a l'ecoute faisant l'effort de parler anglais et francais un gros coup de coeur pour le monsieur employé du bowling qui est gentil et tres serviable, nous sommes habitué a des hotels de luxe et ce fus notre premiere experience et premier camping et nous n'avons pas été déçu on a repondu a nos attentes et demandes petit bemol car le canapé de notre bungalow presenter des petites taches et fenetre d'une chambre et le grille pain dysfonctionner et eau chaude etais souvent brulant ou froide mais il fesait chaud donc cela ne nous a pas gêner .Bungalow beau dans l'ensemble et lit confortable et voisins discret comme nous ce qui nous a plu, piscine top et jolie tobbogan a faire ainsi que excursion a l'extérieur comme usine de riz en petit train et nautilus egalement plein excursion mais s'inscrire tot pour avoir de la place, ville de barcelone belle a faire le bus tour qui vaut la peine.
Very enjoyable stay due mostly to the quality of staff at Cypsela.
The staff are attentive and friendly always ready to chat with guests and have a smile on their face.
This would have been a 10 had it not been for one area that needs improvement.
Last year we stayed in exactly the same location and the grounds were well looked.
This year pitches we?re not looked after as well. Staff did not keep the grounds free from debris falling from the pine trees.
I?d agree this is a continuous occurrence under the trees, but if they were cleared last year, there is no excuse for this not being maintained in the same way this year.
