This was the first Sandaya campsite that I?ve been disappointed with. The site was unkempt and pool area looked tired and not well maintained. I (along with several other people) injured my foot as the fracking area around the pool was uneven and had screws sticking out and although staff informed this was repaired. We had a premium pitch but it wasn?t in the league of any of the other premium pitches we have stayed with Sandaya. Again the area was tired and unkept, outside furniture old and worn out and this is only a few weeks into the summer season. Also although there was a pool for actual swimming this was overcrowded and unable to swim in. Would have been nice to have had a swim lane for those that wanted to swim or open the pool an hour earlier just for lane swimmers

The check in process was extremely slow and we were told that we would be telephoned once our cabin was ready. This never happened and it took repeated trips to reception for us to evebtually get our keys at 6pm. Check in was supposed to be from 4pm. We booked a premium cabin, while the plot was quiet. The quality of the cabin was definitely not premium with items missing cupboard doors hanging off and the cleaning seemed to be a little haphazard. The bathrooms smelt strongly of bleach. When reported we were told someone would come and have a look and they never did.

Super leuke vakantie op een hele schone camping.
Enige mindere was omdat we in het begin van het hoogseizoen er waren, er nog weinig animatie voor de kinderen was. Tevens was pas tegen het einde van onze vakantie, er een nederlandstalig persoon. Erg jammer dat de avond animatie, alle spelletjes in het frans waren. Sommige zinnen hadden tussendoor ook in het Engels gekund. Voor de rest super nette camping, heel vriendelijk personeel (zeker als men in het Frans probeert aan te spreken). Zeker een aanrader voor mensen met kinderen.

Soweit ok, Spinnweben, Spinnen und andere Insekten im Bungalow. Weiterhin keine Anleitung dazu wie Armbändchen funktionieren oder wo sie zu tragen sind und auch nicht dazu wie die Tür richtig verschließt. Es hat eine halbe Stunde gedauert, den Trick zu verstehen, telefonisch erreichte ich niemanden und einen Rückruf der mir hätte alles in 30 Sekunden erklären können gab es auch nie. Ich bezahlte für drei Tage Internet, das funktionierte aber überhaupt nicht, die Verbindung brach ständig ab und es war unmöglich anständig damit im Internet zu surfen. Das darf bei einem bezahlten Service nicht passieren! Daher zwei Punkte Abzug.
