BONNE mais pas à la hauteur des Camping Sandaya en France. Camping vieillissant: Sanitaires communs, laverie,restauration, scene des animations, mobil home gamme Color... Mais personnel au top!

Sejour dans l ensemble satisfaisant mais qqs points à ameliorer comme les spectacles en soirée qui pour certains n étaient vraiment pas top comme franck le magicien, le wifi payant c'est abusé au prix du bungalow à la semaine, et présence de fourmis dans la cuisine. En positif, camping calme, bien aménagé, personnel sympathique et serviable, animations adultes et enfants en journée, services (supérette, restaurant, bar...).

Très bonne semaine de vacances. Seuls bémols, il n'y avait quasiment pas de connexion Internet derrière le WIFI et la porte du frigo était montée à l'envers (il fallait se plaquer au mur pour la contourner et l'ouvrir, puis idem pour la refermer)

Sandaya heeft ervoor gezorgd dat we een leuke vakantie hebben kunnen besteden.

- Weinig schaduw aan zwembad
- eten in het restaurant is ondermaats (wel goede bediening die wat goed maakt)

Afgelopen 35 jaar op Cypsela weinig of geen problemen. In 2023 en 2024 verbleven in Colors 2 en no. 56. Aanvankelijk wilden we, zoals in 2023, een verblijf in nummer 2. Echter bij reservering in januari 2024, bleek dit verblijf gereserveerd te zijn. Uiteindelijk moesten we genoegen nemen met huisje 56. Na ons verblijf van 28 nachten bleek nummer 2 nog steeds niet verhuurd te zijn. Op de eindafrekening stond wel een bedrag van ?30 ?voor gekozen locatie?.
Overige opmerkingen:
Er is geen invalide parkeerplaats bij de doorgang van het parkeerterrein naar de locatie Colors. Deze doorgang wordt door geparkeerde voertuigen afgesloten voor rollators/rolstoelen.
De koelkast in nummer 56 heeft een rechtsdraaiende deur. Doordat deze geplaatst is in een hoek, is het nagenoeg onmogelijk om in de koelkast te komen, gezien deze ook nog wordt ingesloten door een ?eetbar?.
Tevens werden door ons enkele muizen waargenomen en bleek de besteklade vol te zitten met uitwerpselen van muizen.
Hinderlijk was de bladblazer in de ochtenduren. Vanaf 17 juni viel de wifi telkens na 10 minuten uit. Kleinere technische zaken werden door het personeel snel verholpen.

Déjà que ce n'est pas de la haute gastronomie, apporter un peu de changement aurait été appréciable.Et svp Sandaya ajoutez des légumes !!!Mais heureusement le personnel de la restauration est au TOP. SURTOUT Joao,Badr et Andria.Toujours le sourire et ils se souviennent de nos habitudes. Les activités étaient peu variées l'après midi pour les adultes. Le soir c'était top. Des mobil-home de qualité sauf la clim qui est très sale et non nettoyée.( Odeurs).On n'y retournera plus pour ces mêmes raisons.Mais l'ensemble est à faire au moins une fois.Parfait pour les enfants avec 3 piscines et activités pour eux.Disons de 3 à 12 ans. Après pas assez pour les adultes et ado.

We have been to this campsite numerous times over the years. We hired a premium van but honestly I do not feel like we received a premium experience.
The outside area in Vignes was very pretty, however the facilities within our cottage was anything but.
On the 2nd day the toilet in the main bathro0om would not flush, i had to report to reception - i have mobility difficulties so this was not ideal. this was fixed promptly but it happened a further two times.
the window in one of the bedrooms would not open.
One day whilst we were out our electricity went off due to a fuse blowing - this resulted in the AC not working, no hot water and our food was spoiled in the fridge and freezer.
our freezer never actually worked and struggled to freeze water, not a hope of keeping ice-creams frozen.
i realise that maintenance issues can happen from time to time however these things happened over and over qgain and there was no apology.
On check-in the words -welcome to Sandaya- were not said - it was such a sterile transaction after such a long journey.
As a family we loved the area but the pool was very busy at times with the same families leaving their towels for hours under the loungers with umberellas.
All in all on this occassion I would have to say we had a disappointing stay,
