A fuir! J'ai commandé un bouquet pour livraison au Brésil le 27 septembre (commande 80103175). Le bouquet n'est jamais arrivé. Les reponses à mes relances se bornent à l'envoi répétitif d'un message automatiquement généré dont je joins une des variantes ci-après. Vous aurez été avertis :)
