Avoid this brand

They made a mistake, charged me twice for a 3night stay, told me I would be refunded under 5-6 weeks !!! But even these unacceptable delays were not kept and now they only tell me "we'll do it one day, we're too busy atm". Avoid this brand as much as possible !!
