The parcel was marked as delivered by GLS—to a completely wrong city (Vitry-sur-Seine, while I live in Paris 75012). The “signature” was just the word market, and no one contacted me. I provided everything they asked for: affidavit, ID, multiple emails, tracking proof.
After more than 15 days of delay and follow-up, they admitted the package was lost—but then refused to give me a full refund. They offered only 60% back or a store credit, even though I never received the item. I had to buy another chair just to keep working.
This is completely unacceptable and not in line with French or EU consumer protection law. Be cautious if you’re ordering from them. You might lose both your money and your time.
